New Partnership Sealed
Ahead of our Land Banking scheme launch for coop members and after weeks of meetings, inspections and paperworks, we have officially sealed a partnership deal with Moonlight Properties Ltd to enable all desiring members of our coop to have access to fractionalized Land ownership through the Land banking scheme.
The Land banking scheme will enable Coop members to make savings over a six months to one year window at a fixed rate per square metres of that particular land.
Areas selected for our Land Acquisition are areas with high and fast development potential with 3 to 5 years with potential 3x in appreciation value.
The entire acquired landed Assets are then used for commercial farming and profits are distributed annually on prorata basis to all members who banked on that land according to their holding and irrespective of their location.
Moonlight Property Ltd is a reputable Real Estate Development Company with total landed properties of more than a million Sqm at strategic locations within the Port Harcourt metropolis and already built Estates and Buildings.
We are working on acquiring more of such partnerships across different regions for more banking options for our coop members.
